5. Products, Resources and Digital Materials
E-Skills may offer digital resources, guides, templates, document packs, compliance packs, portal access or other products through the website.
Unless otherwise stated, these products are intended to provide practical compliance and documentation support. They do not replace provider-specific advice, legal advice, regulator guidance or the provider’s own responsibility to implement compliant systems.
Products may require contextualisation, adaptation and internal approval before use.
6. Licence to Use Purchased Resources
When you purchase digital resources or document packs, you receive a limited licence to use the purchased materials for your own organisation’s internal business and compliance purposes.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, you must not:

- Remove E-Skills ownership notices, copyright notices or branding where included
A separate licence agreement may apply to specific products or purchases. Where a separate licence agreement applies, that agreement will operate in addition to these Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency, the more specific licence agreement will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
7. Portal Access and Subscriptions
Where portal access is provided, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and ensuring that portal access is used only by authorised users.
Portal subscriptions, features, pricing, inclusions and access conditions may be updated from time to time.
Portal content, self-assessment reports and compliance prompts are intended to support internal review, quality assurance and self-assurance. They do not guarantee compliance, audit outcomes or regulatory approval.
